If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives with a fault, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Photos or a video clearly showing the issue must be provided.
Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted For
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products that have been used.
- Pre-orders, which are subject to the separate Pre-Order Terms & Conditions outlined on our store.
